As the clinic name says extra care, Dr. Upadhyay and his team also go by its name 'Extra Care'. His team is always there to take care of you and feel comfortable as like home. Though the entire team is always there to attend the patients and do the therapies as suggested but Dr. Upadhayay never keeps them unattended in any sittings. The doctors working there are too helpful and friendly with the patients.
Highly recommended, one of the best Physiotherapy centre in Lucknow known so far. Visiting here for the second time for my mother Mrs. Rama Yadav. She was having shoulder blockage problem for past 1 year due to which she use to suffer a lot of pain, specially during sleep, after starting the therapy within a week the pain was decreased to more than 80℅ and the movement in the hand was also increased.Prices are affordable and services provided are too good. Dr. Upadhyay is managing centre very effectively.All staff are taking care to patients and particular for time management.
All the patients should advise to keep own footwear before entering into hall and clean sleepers may be used available at gate.
I personally felt around 60 percent good after treatment.This May be the reason that could not give proper time.
I hope you will think differently to provide more advance centre by using latest machines.
I had severe pain in my back, ribs and legs as I'm suffering from scoliosis and it's been almost 3 months since I joined this physiotherapy centre and I'm happy with the experience.The pain in the back and the ribs is almost gone. The staff is also friendly.
Centre is very well managed by the Docter & his fully trained staff. It has
adequate infrastructure to tackle all physiotherapy problems. Docter is very knowledgeable & having friendly
behaviour .
Staff is taking all care for cleanliness & hygiene. I am fully satisfied with the treatment given to me.

When,I come first chance at extra care & physiotherapy centre I have a lot of pain in my foot...when I follow advise of Dr.Santosh Kumar upadhaya I feel very very very......relax & my pain also completely relief.

I am resident of 15/47/1 Indira Nagar Lucknow. I was working in Dena Bank ,a public sector bank. Presently I am retired from the banks services from the post of chief manager. Iwas experiencing severe pain in back, on shoulders and neck. I got treatments from Extra Care Physiothrapy centre under the supersion of Dr.Santosh Upadhya ( PT) and felt complete relief from pain .
